Hello! I'm Sarah a running physical therapist and endurance coach. My PASSION is helping women runners with hip pain return to running confidently and comfortably.
I am a fellowship trained Doctor of Physical Therapy (~1% of PT's are trained to this level) and I fell in love with treating hips when my own running was sidelined to a hip injury.
I love using my knowledge, personal experience, and compassion to get women back to their happy place , running!
